The hotel's location was not ideal for easy access to restaurants or bars, but it was conveniently central to downtown, the airport, and local shopping. The staff provided very friendly service, although there were challenges with on-site accounting staff accessibility. The dining experience was overpriced given the quality and the lack of value for money. The facilities were satisfactory, with clean and modern amenities.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highlights and disappointments. The great food and full bar were awesome when escaping traffic, but the non-functional air-conditioner made the room unbearable hot and stuffy.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the air-conditioning issues made the stay unpleasant. The service was attentive and friendly, yet requesting amenities required multiple reminders. The location, although not central, was made convenient by a complimentary shuttle service. The dining experience was satisfying in terms of food but expensive, especially for families. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
